| Metchosin’s new Village Market is opening on May 8, 2011 on the grounds of old Metchosin Elementary School. Do come and see what is on offer. This is a new venture to give an additional outlet for Metchosin (and surrounding) growers and arts and crafts producers. We plan to have plenty of plants, crafts, fresh bread and even some early produce on sale. So come along and sample what is on offer. We will also be having our 4th Poultry Swap of the season that day as well. |

| Vendor Information We still have room for additional vendors if you are interested. All vendors must be a member of the Grassroots Collective Society which runs the Metchosin Village Market. Membership is $20 per annum. The cost of a table or stall at the market is $10, all vendors being responsible for providing their own tables and covering if needed. We are giving a ‘One Market’ grace period for membership dues (table fee still required) for our Grand Kick off! | |
